Ele Omersa’s main areas of practice are labour and social welfare law, personal data protection law, commercial and general civil law. She joined the firm as an attorney trainee in 2011 following completion of her master’s degree (LL.M.) in EU law at Utrecht University, the Netherlands.
During her attorney traineeship she completed her judiciary traineeship at the Higher Court in Ljubljana, while gaining additional work experience at the European Commission in Brussels. Ela is also the author of numerous articles and publications regarding labour law.
