Luka Fabiani

Luka Fabiani acts as counsel to and represents both domestic and foreign clients before the Slovenian courts, administrative and other authorities, as well as in arbitration. His experience in contract law, dispute resolution mechanisms, as well as management liability stands out in particular. He also represents clients as defence counsel in criminal proceedings, particularly in the field of white collar crime, while dedicating special attention to advising in the areas of corporate compliance, personal data protection law and intellectual property law.

In addition to his master’s degree in competition law from the University of Tübingen, Germany, he is also a Certified Fraud Examiner licenced by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
