The new Public Procurement Act to enter into force on 1 April 2016

The Public Procurement Act (ZJN-3), which transposes into Slovenian legislation the European Directive (2014/24/EU) on public procurement, dated 26 February 2014, was adopted at the end of 2015. The ZJN-3 provides for the simplification of public procurement procedures, aims at more economical public expenditure, and introduces several other novelties.

The Volkswagen “Dieselgate Affair” – What should vehicle owners do next?
