How secure are documents and objects stored for you by your attorneys in the event of a search of their law offices?

According to the Slovene Constitutional Court, communication between lawyer and client is confidential. Any investigative action undertaken at the premises of an attorney who is defending an accused person in pre-trial or criminal proceedings is thus strictly prohibited. Interference in an attorney’s privacy is permitted solely in exceptional cases in order to prosecute criminal offenses, if such an interference is necessary and if the data cannot be obtained by other means.
