Revised rules on service of notice of termination

At the end of March, the Slovene Constitutional Court annulled Article 88(4) of the Employment Relationship Act (ERA-1) which regulates the service of notice of termination of employment contracts (Notice) by registered mail with recorded delivery. Until such time as the ERA-1 is amended, employers must follow the rules of civil procedure on personal service.
