On 27 April 2018 the Act on the Suspension of the Proceedings against the Members of the Struck-off Companies entered into force which provides that that all civil, administrative and enforcement proceedings in which creditors made claims against members of the struck-off companies on the basis of the former insolvency law are suspended on the day the mentioned act enters into force.

The members of the European Parliament adopted the amendments to the Directive concerning the posting of workers. The purpose of the amendments is to maintain fair competition in the labour market and to provide greater and better protection of posted workers.
