The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive

To make business more sustainable and implement the European Green Deal, the European Commission has drafted a Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. The European Parliament and the Council of the European Union formally adopted the Directive at the end of November 2022, which entered into force on 5 January this year. The Directive introduces new obligations, and undertakings required to report under the Directive should start preparing to comply as soon as possible.
